EMSELLA is a chair you sit on (while fully clothed) that uses a high-intensity electromagnetic field (like an MRI) to activate motor neurons in the pelvic floor. This electromagnetic field causes contractions of the muscles around the pelvic floor, strengthening the pelvic floor and surrounding tissues. By strengthening the pelvic floor, improvements are seen for Stress Incontinence and Urge Incontinence.
One 28 minute session will cause 11,200 contractions, the equivalent of performing 11,200 Kegel exercises.

Initial treatment is six sessions, typically spaced two to three days apart, over a two to three-week period. Maintenance treatments as desired.
